    Securely pack the eyewear in its original case and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation to ensure accurate processing.

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to an associate at our retail stores.

    Receive Refund or Exchange
