How long will it take to receive my eyewear?
Most prescription eyewear orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Custom lens treatments or high-index prescriptions may require additional laboratory time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames or if your prescription doesn't feel right, you can exchange them or return them for a full refund at any Shopko Optical location.
Do you accept vision insurance for online purchases?
Currently, we accept a wide range of vision insurance plans including EyeMed, VSP, and Davis Vision for in-store purchases. For online orders, we can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I use my current prescription from another doctor?
Yes, as long as your prescription is valid and not expired. You can upload a digital copy during checkout or provide your doctor's contact information so we can verify the details for you.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and lenses?
Yes, all of our eyewear comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer optional protection plans for accidental damage, such as scratches or breakage.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also log into your Shopko Optical account to view real-time updates on your order's progress.
